Can We Request Longer Time-Outs for Slow Connections?

For various reasons based on different environments and settings, we see that some connections don’t receive a response for a period of time that causes other services to time out.

Therefore, internally we’ve added the ability to request longer time outs for each subscription, however it does require some human intervention on our part to get it working for you.
