How to Change your Payment Method / Billing Information or Credit Card

    If you need to change the credit card or other billing information for your company, these are the steps to follow.

    1. Log into your XLRoutes account.

    2. In the upper right, click on “Account Management” (it looks like a human torso icon).

    3. Click “Change Card” under the Credit Card on File heading.

    4. Follow the instructions from Stripe on what to enter to change the preferred payment method.

    This should update your default payment method. If you’d like us to delete the old payment method, please email us and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you.

    Note : If you have changed your credit card after a failed payment, our system will automatically retry in a few days. It is always helpful if you write us at Support to let us know so we can watch for it.
